Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LuxeServe Events ("we", "us") and any booking, order, or purchase made through luxeserves.com.

Bookings & Orders

Submitting a booking or order through this site is a request for service, not a guaranteed confirmation until reviewed and confirmed by our team. Availability for catering, rentals, media hire, printing and products is subject to confirmation.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and are subject to change without notice for bookings not yet confirmed. A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings, as communicated during the booking process.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Rental Items

Rented equipment and items remain the property of LuxeServe Events at all times. Customers are responsible for items during the rental period and may be liable for loss or damage beyond normal wear.

Liability

While we take every care in delivering our services, LuxeServe Events is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a booking, except where required by law.
